Among blues and grays, the sun hid more than sought the ocean, that day. Though when it did touch the wildness of the waves, it was soft in its highlights. I slowed the shutter and added a filter – maybe .6 density – it took a few shots, but got the ocean to look as it truly did – with the energetic and determined strokes of a painting.
